  • Choice of Massage: 50-Minute Soul Survivor Swedish Massage or upgrade to the 80-Minute Soul Survivor massage.

  • Full Sit-Down Brunch with your MSC sisters — delicious food, good vibes, and better conversations.

  • Full Spa Access to all amenities: saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy tubs, specialty showers, and the Vitality Pool Lounge.

  • Admin Fee: $3 included to support raffles, brunch extras, and those MSC touches that make every retreat special.

  • Cancellation Policy: Partially refundable — you may transfer your spot or receive 50% back if you cancel before January 10, 2025.

  • Booking Closes: January 10, 2025. Space is limited for an intimate and relaxing experience.

Can I come solo?

Absolutely. Many of our guests come on their own — and they leave feeling held, rested, and connected. This is a day just for you, at your pace.

What should I bring?

A swimsuit, toiletries, something cozy for the bus, and anything that helps you unplug — like a journal, playlist, or book.

Do I have to stay with the group?

Not at all. We arrive together, but you’re free to move at your own pace. This day is yours.

Where do we meet?

Pickup is at Deptford Mall in South Jersey. Free parking is available, and we’ll send full instructions after you book.

What if I can’t make it?

Life happens. You can transfer your spot to someone else, or we’ll refund 50% of your booking.
