Welcome to Monday Spa Club! By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to protect your experience and support a seamless day of self-care.

1. What’s Included

Each Monday Spa Club retreat includes:

  • Roundtrip motorcoach transportation from your selected pickup location:
    – Deptford Mall (South Jersey)
    – Quaker Bridge Mall in Lawrenceville, NJ (North Jersey) — includes a $15 transportation fee

  • General admission to the spa, with full access to amenities

  • Grab-and-go breakfast on the bus, plus afternoon snacks + unlimited drinks

  • A curated wellness gift box

  • Fun giveaways and surprise treats

2. Payment

We accept all major debit/credit cards as well as Afterpay and Klarna. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel for any reason:

  • You may transfer your reservation to another guest at no additional charge.

  • Or, receive 50% of your booking fee refunded if requested at least 72 hours before the retreat.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the retreat are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibilities

We ask all guests to:

  • Arrive on time at the designated meeting point

  • Respect the schedule and other guests' experience

  • Drink responsibly if consuming alcohol

  • Follow spa rules and facility guidelines

5. Travel & Liability

While we do everything in our power to ensure a safe, stress-free trip, Monday Spa Club is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Spa facility closures or service changes beyond our control

  • Illness, injury, or accidents during the retreat

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Health & Wellness

Guests are responsible for monitoring their own wellness needs and consulting a doctor if unsure about spa facility use. Monday Spa Club does not provide medical advice and is not liable for health outcomes related to spa services or amenities.

7. Weather & Emergencies

In the event of severe weather, transportation issues, or other emergencies beyond our control, Monday Spa Club reserves the right to reschedule the retreat. In such cases, guests will be offered a new date or a credit toward a future experience.

8. Photography Release

We love capturing the magic! Photos may be taken during your retreat and used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at check-in.

9. Schedule Changes

While rare, Monday Spa Club reserves the right to adjust departure times, locations, or amenities in case of unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always keep you informed and aim to exceed your expectations.
