Every guest receives a $400 spa credit to use during your stay so you can customize your experience. And with full access to steam rooms, saunas, whirlpools, cold plunge, and relaxation lounges, this is wellness without limits. Choose from a wide range of spa services, including:

Emerald Hour Pajama Party Wind Down
An MSC-curated evening experience with light bites and a mini glow demonstration (skincare/makeup), to close the night feeling good.

Hands-On Private Dinner Cooking Demonstration
Saturday night, we’ll come together for a private, hands-on cooking demo with a Canyon Ranch chef. Expect a fun, interactive cooking experience where you’ll pick up simple skills for making healthy meals that taste amazing.

Retreat Options
You have two travel options:
1. Travel with us by Coach Bus
We offer optional roundtrip coach bus transportation from:
South Jersey – Deptford, NJ
North Jersey – Woodbridge, NJ
The bus includes light snacks, treats, and access to raffles onboard. Transportation is available as a $250 add-on and will run with a minimum of 15 riders.
If the minimum is not met, bus payments will be fully refunded and guests agree to travel independently.
2. Prefer to drive yourself?
This option gives you the flexibility to arrive on your own or carpool with friends. If you enjoy independence, want to extend your stay, or simply prefer the comfort of your own vehicle, this option allows you to join us at Canyon Ranch Lenox. Once you arrive, everything is fully immersive and walkable. From the moment you check in, you’re in retreat mode. Complimentary valet parking is available at the resort, and airport/train transfers can be arranged if needed.

Our private coach bus departs from two convenient locations in New Jersey. The SOUTH Bus departs from Deptford, NJ and the NORTH Bus departs from Woodbridge, NJ and transports you directly to Canyon Ranch. No driving. No navigation. No parking. Just relaxation from the moment you board.
This option is perfect for the woman who wants the full MSC experience — community travel, shared excitement, and ease.
The bus ride becomes part of the retreat:

2. Meet Us There
You are welcome to travel independently to Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA. Complimentary valet parking is available at the resort, and airport/train transfers can be arranged directly through Canyon Ranch if needed. -
Exact departure and return times will be emailed to all confirmed guests closer to the retreat date. You will be instructed to arrive at Canyon Ranch Saturday at noon for check in. Check out is Monday afternoon 5pm.

Your package includes a shared luxury room for two nights. Single room upgrades are available for an additional cost (limited availability). If. you already have a roommate, please be sure to list their name so we can group pairs together. If you’re traveling solo, no worries we will pair you up with another solo traveler.
